How long does it take to receive a quote?+
Most RFQs receive a verified supplier quote within 24–48 hours.
Can I inspect the equipment before I pay in full?+
Yes. We coordinate an independent pre-shipment inspection on every unit, included in our commission.
What countries do you source from?+
Primarily China, Japan, Korea, Germany, the USA and the wider EU.
How are payments protected?+
Funds are held in escrow and only released to the supplier after inspection is approved.
Do you handle customs clearance in Ghana?+
Yes — our brokers handle GRA duties, CTN and port clearance at Tema.
Can I finance my purchase?+
Yes. We work with partner lenders offering 12–60 month terms on qualifying machines.
What warranty applies?+
New equipment ships with the manufacturer warranty. Used machines are sold as-inspected, with optional reconditioning warranties.
Do you ship outside Ghana?+
Yes. We deliver across West Africa — Côte d'Ivoire, Nigeria, Togo, Burkina Faso, Mali, Senegal and more.
