Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance of terms
By using partatonheavy.com or transacting with Partaton Heavy you agree to these terms in full.
2. Sourcing & quotes
All quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to supplier confirmation, currency fluctuation and shipping rates at the time of booking.
3. Payment & escrow
Payments are held in escrow until pre-shipment inspection is completed and approved by the buyer or their representative.
4. Inspection
Buyers are entitled to one independent inspection per unit at no extra cost. Additional inspections are billed at our published inspection rates.
5. Shipping & delivery
ETA is indicative. Delays caused by port congestion, customs or force majeure are outside our control but Partaton Heavy will work to mitigate impact.
6. Warranty
New equipment carries the manufacturer's original warranty. Used equipment is sold as-inspected; any reconditioning warranty is stated on the unit listing.
7. Refunds & cancellations
Orders can be cancelled at full refund before container loading. After loading, cancellation fees apply per our published schedule.
8. Liability
Partaton Heavy's liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Disputes will be resolved through the courts of Accra.
